Do I have to pay sales tax?
  If you are visiting our facility or are making a purchase within the state of New Mexico you will be subject to NM sales tax.
We are also required to collect tax for New Jersey and Indiana and California.
If you reside in CA, IN, NJ, or NM and are tax exempt please contact us after creating your account so that we can adjust your account to Tax Exempt status.
With the new laws that will be going into effect we may be required to start collecting sales tax in all US states. To prevent yourself from being charged tax when this is put into effect we are recommending that you send us a copy of your tax exempt certificate and customer number or email address that the account is going to be used with.If you have multiple email accounts set up that will use the same tax certificate we will need all of these if you wish to apply the tax exempt certificate.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Certain exceptions may apply.
